Tips for healthy skin

1. Sun protection

  • Avoid the sun between 11 am and 4 pm
  • Cover your skin with protective clothing
  • Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outside and reapply every  2   hours

2. Avoid smoking

It makes your skin look older by damaging collagen and elastin, that give your skin eleasticity and strength.

3. Bath ritual

Limit bath time because long baths or showers remove oils from your skin. Use warm wather instead of hot water.

4. Moisture your skin

  • Don’t use strong soaps, especially if you have a sensitive skin.
  • Use mild cleansers
  • Use a body milk that fits your skin type. It will make your skin softer.

5. Eat healthy

Avoid processed food, eat vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean proteins. Your skin will look younger if your diet is rich in vitamin C

6. Avoid unnecessary stress

Not all stressful situations can be avoided, but you may be surprised by the number of  stressors in your life that you can eliminate.
